Get ready! PNWFCU’s digital banking experience is getting an upgrade. We’re making some major updates to improve your digital banking experience. Whether you’re on desktop or mobile, you’ll enjoy a consistent, intuitive interface – and the power to make it your own.
Our online and mobile banking platform will be getting a new look with enhanced functionality in the coming weeks. After the upgrade, you’ll log in as normal to experience the next generation of PNWFCU online and mobile banking!
Here’s what’s coming your way in the upgrade:
- A fresh new look! Cleaner, clearer, customizable interface
- Important messages on your desktop homepage
- Personalize your dashboard by rearranging your favorite features
- ‘Favorite’ your most used accounts for faster access
- Quick action buttons speed up your desktop experience
- Easy access to loan payment options (internal & external payments)
- View eStatements on your mobile device
- ‘Search’ functionality to quickly find the info you need
- And much more!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Your login info will stay the same
- All your current tools, services, and forms will still be available
- Ensure your PNWFCU mobile banking app and/or web browser is updated to the most current version

Mobile & Online Banking Upgrade FAQs
Enhancements to Mobile & Online Banking will be available beginning mid-October 2025.
Mobile & Online Banking platforms will debut a new look – offering the same trusted features in an enhanced, streamlined design.
- Account Overview: View your balances and key account information at a glance with a simplified design.
- Account History: Find past transactions faster with improved filters, sortable columns, and more detailed views.
- Quick Action Tiles: Your most-used tools, now easily accessible from the right panel (desktop-only at this point).
- Action Buttons: Quickly link to features, like ‘Transfer’ or ‘Pay,’ directly from your Account overview and history pages.
- Search: Can’t find something? Use our new ‘Search’ functionality to quickly find what you’re looking for.
- And much more!
Yes, usernames and passwords will remain unchanged. Continue to log in as normal.
No, other than ensuring you are using the most updated version of our app and/or your browser. Once the update is live, you will see the new interface the next time you log in to your account.
No. All existing payments and transfers will continue to be executed as requested.
Only the look of Bill Pay will be updated. The functionality remains the same. Your payments will still process as originally requested. No updates are needed on your end.
