Quick Pay - Our New Payment Option
Introducing a new way to make late payments
Jun. 03, 2025
In our commitment to consistently providing the best customer experience through modern digital technologies, Pacific NW Federal Credit Union will soon start communicating overdue and overdrawn notifications via text and email, offering you an easy way to pay online.
Making Late Payments is Easier Than Ever
We are thrilled to announce a new convenient option for making payments at PNWFCU via Quick Pay. We have enhanced your payment experience, making it faster and easier than ever. Starting soon, if you missed your loan payment due date or overdraw your account, you’ll begin receiving reminders via text and email. These reminders will include a secure link to make your payments quickly and safely from another financial institution.
Why pay your past-due or overdrawn balance online?
- Make a payment in seconds, at any time, and without the need to speak with an agent.
- Take advantage of flexible payment options depending on your situation.
Special Offer for 2025
We want to give you a chance to experience how fast and easy our new notification and payment process is. When you make your loan payment using Quick Pay, you’ll enjoy no convenience fee throughout 2025.
What to Expect
- Text Messages: These will include the type of loan/account that you have with us, the amount that is due or overdrawn, and will come from (503) 212-0396.
- The payment link will appear as “smspayments.pnwfcu.org/” followed by a string of dynamic characters, which then routes you to the secure payment site “accounts.lexop.com” for the loan or account.
- Emails: These will come from [email protected]. Like the text messages, emails will include a description of the loan or account along with the amount due or overdrawn and will contain a secure link for submitting your payment.
- The payment button will take you directly to the secure payment site “accounts.lexop.com” for the loan or account.
Your Security is Our Priority
We take your security seriously, so please be cautious when responding to communications that may not be from us. If you’re unsure, contact us at 503-256-5858 or 800-444-5858. Do not reply directly to suspicious messages.
Here’s how to stay safe:
- Double-check that the text and emails are from Pacific NW Federal Credit Union.
- Watch for any spelling or punctuation mistakes in the messages.
- Remember, we will never ask for your debit/credit card PIN or online banking password.
