- Maximum term: 96 months
- Interest rate: Standard unsecured rate minus .50%; additional .50% discount with Energy Audit
Green Start Home Equity Loan
Loan Benefits and Details:
- Maximum loan amount: $75,000
- Maximum term: 120 months
- Interest rate: Standard 10-year home equity rate (minus 1.00% if you have your first mortgage with PNWFCU), plus loan fee discount of 50% ($500) or no fee with an Energy Audit
