CEO Letter: Big Changes Happening
and on the Way

I thought I would reiterate some big things that have happened and are on target for the rest of the year.
Expanded Charter
In order to more fully serve the community and grow our services, we have expanded our charter. We remain a federal credit union and we remain committed to all the government agencies, businesses and communities we serve. In addition to all we serve today, we have expanded our ability to serve everyone who lives, works or worships in the following counties.
Oregon:
- Multnomah
- Clackamas
- Washington
- Columbia
- Yamhill
Washington:
- Skamania
- Clark
Expanded Services and Products
PNWFCU is always looking for ways to remain relevant to our members. We are excited to be offering the following expanded services and products:
- Hood River branch remodel – A refresh of our branch to better serve the members of the Hood River community.
- Ross Branch remodel is coming – This is the last branch to be remodeled to reflect the way members use this branch.
- Contact Center – On June 1 we will be expanding the ways members can contact us remotely with expanded phone service hours and other ways to communicate with our staff, such as text and chat.

Updated Website and Mobile Features
- Improved online lending applications
- Streamlined online membership application
- Bill Matrix: ACH or credit card payments by phone, mobile or online
- Rate Reset: Members can refinance their existing loans when and how they want to — online or on their phones.
- Google Pay and Android Wallet
- Zelle person-to-person money transfers
