Thanks to your feedback, we are ramping up our contact center. It will be easier for you to contact us, manage your accounts and apply for a loan with our new expanded hours and messaging options.
Longer Contact Center Hours Starting on June 18
Our team is all set to launch our expanded contact center hours on Monday, June 18. We will be available 8am–8pm Monday–Friday and 10am–2pm Saturday.
This means you can contact us on evenings and weekends to take care of your banking outside of typical business hours. Shopping for a car after work or on the weekend? We can get you approved for a loan while you go for a test drive.
New Text and Chat Options Available Now
In addition to our expanded hours, you now have more ways to get a hold of us with new text and chat options. You can open a chat instant messaging session from the bottom right corner of our site.
You can also use your phone to text a custom message to 503.256.5858 or just text us one of these codes. Try it out!

Improved Mobile App
Outside of our new contact hours, you can always use our mobile app. It has been updated this year with streamlined loan, mortgage and membership applications. You can use our app for remote check deposit, and it’s available 24/7 so you can manage your accounts anytime.
With our expanded contact center and app, you now have more ways to apply for loans, request a card block, get fraud help, and get answers to your account questions when it’s convenient for you. Let us know when you need us!
