Guaranteed Asset Protection
They say a new car depreciates 10-15% the second you drive it off the
dealership lot. So, if your car is totaled or stolen, your auto insurance
may not provide enough to pay off the value of your auto loan. Guaranteed
Asset Protection (GAP) pays the difference between your vehicle insurance
company’s settlement and the remaining loan amount (directly related
to the vehicle purchase), up to the maximums allowed by the credit union
and/or state, in the event your vehicle is stolen or damaged beyond
repair. Contact your Member Relationship Officer to see if GAP is right
for you.
Protect Yourself with Overdraft Protection!
Avoid paying overdraft fees and the embarrassment of having a check returned with overdraft protection. If your checking account is overdrawn, funds will automatically be transferred from your overdraft (up to the available limit, in increments of $25). There are no transaction fees, however, interest will accrue from the time an advance is made until the balance is paid off.
