Mutual Funds

Mutual funds are a good way to diversify your investment portfolio. When you invest in mutual funds, your money is pooled with funds from other investors, and is used to purchase a wide range of securities. If the fund's assets increase in value, then your share value also increases. Investments within the fund may earn dividends or interest, and you receive a portion of these earnings based on the number of shares you own. Certain mutual funds can also provide tax-free earnings.

There are always risks associated with these products, and the value of your shares will fluctuate. It is not always easy to determine which funds are right for your needs. For this reason, it is important to speak with a financial advisor before investing.

Investors should carefully consider a fund's investment goals, risks, charges and expenses before investing. To obtain a prospectus, which contains this and other information about a fund, please contact please contact James Hull, CFS* Financial Advisor at 1.800.444.5858 x2658. Please read and consider the prospectus carefully before investing or sending money.
