Helping Our Family

"I lost my job in 2009 and we had just bought our home a year prior. I called the credit union and they helped us find programs so we would not lose our home. I'm so thankful. A lot of people/banks go to work just to do their job, but this institution actually works as part of your family... they work to help you. And they do not make you feel bad in doing so. It's a lot less stressful to get back on your feet/back to work, knowing you have a home to return to, with your family, and will not lose what you have worked so hard to get. Amazing Service!

I would like to thank everyone at the Hood River Branch as well as PEMCO's Risk Management Department. I was alerted by the Risk Management Department that there was some suspicious activity on my debit card. It turns out that there was indeed someone using my card. Not only were they using it online but physically in stores nearby. I hate to think of how much money I would have lost if not for them. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and willing to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. I can't thank them enough. Great job!!

Help Transferring Credit Card Balance

"A person at the Marx St. branch helped me transfer my credit card balance from xxxxxxx, where my interest rate was increased dramatically, to a PNWFCU Visa. Took less than my lunch hour to complete, and he even printed a nice envelope to send the check to xxxxxxx, provided the postage and even mailed it for me.

What I like about PNWFCU
